creatypost is an automated content publishing tool that allows users to programmatically upload and publish pre-rendered video content to connected social media accounts, including TikTok, using official platform APIs.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid TikTok account to use this service. By using creatypost, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Only publish content that you own or have the right to distribute
  • Comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
  • Not use the service to publish spam, misleading, harmful, or illegal content
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or abuse our service or TikTok’s API

4. TikTok API Usage

Our service uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish content on your behalf. Your use of TikTok through our service is also subject to TikTok’s Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend access if TikTok revokes or limits our API access.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you publish through creatypost. We do not claim any rights over your videos, captions, or other materials. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use creatypost to:

  • Publish content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals
  • Distribute misinformation or deceptive content
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or third-party platforms

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific publishing outcomes. API availability depends on third-party platforms beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wenlinco.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of creatypost, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms or if continued operation becomes technically or legally unfeasible.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
